About Nylink
Nylink, founded in 1973, is a nonprofit membership organization of all types of libraries and cultural heritage organizations throughout New York State and surrounding areas. Nylink facilitates collaboration and cooperation among its members, and supports access to high-quality, cost-effective resources that enable member institutions to enhance the services they provide to their constituents.
Members benefit from training and professional development, Nylink Professional Solutions, and in-depth consulting, all provided by an experienced staff of experts in library services, technology and business.
Nylink members also take advantage of group purchasing opportunities that reduce costs, our LAND statewide delivery service, and access to OCLC products and services (cataloging, resource sharing, reference, digitization, collection development, and more).
Membership is at the institutional level and it benefits both the institution and the individuals who work there. Learn more about Nylink membership.
Nylink works with many partners to provide services to its members, and is always looking for new opportunities to collaborate. Learn more about Nylink partnerships.
Nylink Connection, our quarterly newsletter, often highlights the latest projects and efforts at our members’ institutions.
