OCLC Accessions List
The OCLC Accessions List service creates lists of your recently cataloged acquisitions in convenient HTML format. Institutions customize lists with various coverage and sort options.
The Accessions lists help you inform patrons of new materials in your library's collection, or prepare administrative reports that reflect the materials your library has purchased in a given time period.
You have several choices in coverage, frequency and sort. You choose coverage for your entire institution, for all holding libraries or for selected holding libraries. You choose frequencies of semi-monthly, monthly, or quarterly . For your primary sort option, you choose institution, holding libraries or selected holding libraries. To control the arrangements of entries, choose sort by author, title, call number, subject, etc. as secondary sequences. HTML files are easy to import into your word processor for additional formatting or to publish on the library's web page.
