Looking for Answers to Your ILLiad Questions?

Support for Established ILLiad Users - If you are an established ILLiad user and have trouble with any ILLiad component and need support, please contact OCLC support at 800-848-5800 or support@oclc.org.

Support for new ILLiad Users - Throughout the course of the ILLiad Installation/Training/Implementation process, ILLiad support will work like this:

• Before and after you go live with Lending please contact Atlas Systems at 1-800-567-7401 ext. 1 or service@atlas-sys.com with any questions you may have.
• Before you go live with Borrowing, please continue to contact Atlas Systems at 1-800-567-7401 ext. 1 or service@atlas-sys.com with any questions you may have.
• Once you are live with both Borrowing and Lending, please contact OCLC at 1-800-848-5800 or support@oclc.org with any questions you may have.

OCLC ILLiad documentation is available on the Atlas Systems web page at: http://www.atlas-sys.com/documentation/.

The OCLC ILLiad Knowledge Base http://www.atlas-sys.com/kb/ is a good place to start looking for answers to your ILLiad questions. All OCLC ILLiad documentation is indexed and searchable through the Knowledge Base Portal maintained by Atlas Systems. Included are articles on known problems, “how to” articles, SQL script examples, hot topics, ILLiad Word templates and update procedures. Articles are added to the Knowledge Base as frequently as needed. Simply type your keyword in the box and click the Search button to find out what’s available.
