When the Wrong Constant Data Merges, Apply Constant Data

Have you ever requested a workform or responded YES to an ILL request and discovered that the wrong constant data record merged into the workform or request? There is a solution to this problem. Any constant data record can be applied to an ILL request regardless of whether it is the active CD record. This allows you to overlay any existing information with information supplied in the constant data record. To apply a constant data record to an existing ILL workform, select the desired constant data record from the constant data drop-down list.
