Creating a Blank Workform in WorldCat Resource Sharing

From time to time, you may wish to create a blank ILL workform that is not linked to an OCLC bibliographic record. This is useful when you can’t find a record for the item on OCLC, but have found the record and locations in another source. (e.g. NUC Pre 56 Imprints, etc.) To retrieve a blank workform, click the Resource Sharing tab, and then select blank workform. When editing the workform make sure that you include all required fields (identified by a *). Don’t forget to include the source of your citation in the verified field.
